IRCC Vault pricing runs on a bi-weekly cycle. Bi-weekly is not twice a month. It is every fourteen days, which is 26 charges a year rather than 24. Navigator, the first tier that produces full NOC output, is $9.99 bi-weekly at the promo rate and $19.99 at list. That works out to roughly $260 a year at promo and about $520 at list. Elite at the $29.99 promo rate is about $780 a year, and $99.99 bi-weekly at list. Concierge at $39.99 promo is about $1,040, and $179.99 bi-weekly at list. Every tier carries the same line: “Renews automatically. Cancel anytime.”

Almost nobody subscribes for a full year, so measure a real window instead. After an ITA you have 60 days to file the eAPR, which is about four bi-weekly charges, or $39.96 on Navigator at promo. NOC questions start well before that. You pick your NOC when you build the profile, and applicants sit in the pool for months waiting for a draw that reaches their score. Three months in the pool plus the eAPR window is about eleven charges, so roughly $110 on Navigator at promo and about $220 at list.

After CA$9.99 there is nothing to manage. No portal to visit, no renewal date to keep in your calendar, no account still sitting there after your NOC question is answered. That is the practical case for a NOC tool with no subscription. The cost is settled the day you pay it.
