- Manager claims with no proof. Saying you "led the team" without listing direct reports or budget authority reads as inflated 10022.
- Sales-driven wording. Pipeline, quota and account-management duties map to NOC 11201, not 11202.
- Design-only duties. Pure creative production maps to NOC 52120 or 51121.
